What MeDo is, what makes it different, and where to start.
What is MeDo
MeDo builds working products from a description. You write what you need in plain language, and MeDo generates the pages, the data behind them, sign-in for your users, and hosting — then publishes it to a live URL you can share the same day.
No code, no servers to configure, nothing to install.
What makes it different
- You get a real product, not a mockup. Forms save records, an admin view shows them, and access rules decide who sees what.
- The backend comes with it. Data storage, user accounts, file storage, and server-side logic are generated alongside the pages.
- It is hosted and published for you. Every app gets a live address, and you can connect your own domain.
- You are not locked in. Download the full source at any time and run it yourself.
- Skills extend what it can do. Payments, video, translation, search and more can be added to an app or used to finish a task. See Skills.
How you work with it
- Describe the product you want in the prompt box.
- Review the plan — MeDo turns your description into a requirements document you correct before anything is built.
- Generate, and wait a few minutes.
- Refine by talking to MeDo, clicking elements in the preview to edit them, or marking up a screenshot.
- Test and publish, then keep iterating; the live version only changes when you release again.
